The Foundation
Hebron's story began in 2016 with the founding of the non-profit education charity organization IT Academy Hebron for orphans and disadvantaged youth. After the successful training and graduation of Hebron students, we realized that without a full-fledged IT company, where students would practice and work, we can not continue to exist. Therefore, an IT company, HebronSoft was founded.

Corporate culture:
- Every six months we review salary
- You have 18 days off per year. Your year begins to be counted from the day you start working with us. Also at our company we have a system of saving, it means if you do not use all your days off during your working year, you can take the rest of them in the next year.(at one time cannot be taken more than 10 business days). We pay 7 hospital days.
- Our company worries about the level of knowledge of employees, therefore we provide 5 thousand UAH per year to each employee for all external training. How does it work? You contact your manager, mentor, HR to review the conference on which you want to go and they will advise whether it will be useful at this stage of your growth.
- We work according to the following schedule: 5 days a week for 7 working hours + 1 hour for lunch (10:00 to 18:00).

HebronSoft rules:
- We value each other's personal space.
- We maintain cleanliness in the office, especially in the kitchen.
- If you did not have breakfast at home, then run to the kitchen, there will be morning snacks for you.
- We provide the opportunity to work remotely, but do not forget to inform HR in advance if you will decide to work from home.
- The amount of financial reward remains between you and the management.
- We like to spend time together, so once a month we arrange an event. For these events, you are welcome to bring one guest.
